Pre-Order Policy

Welcome to the wonderful world of fabrics! We are so excited that you are interested in what’s new. Our pre-orders are a great way to get ahead of the trends and ensure you don’t miss out on limited releases. To keep the pre-order process smooth, take a moment to review how they work. 

Ordering: Please place pre-order items separately from in-stock items! When an order combines both, that delays the time you receive your in-stock orders, meaning we will have to hold your entire order until the pre-order fabrics arrive. 

Shipping: Your pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our shop. We have listed estimated arrival dates in each product description or title, but note that there may be occasional manufacturer or shipping delays. 

Payment: Payment for pre-orders is collected when you place the order. This is our way to reserve your fabric and guarantee that we can deliver your yardage. 

Cancellations: We understand that you may change your mind, so if you need to cancel your order, please do so before the pre-order items ship. That way, we will be happy to offer you a refund for the amount paid! Although once pre-orders have shipped, our standard return policy applies.
